‘Red Anderson Pink Knight’ combines high-contrast variegation with deep red stems and emerging foliage that shifts in color as it matures. Cream, green, and pink tones can all appear on the same plant, giving it a more layered and unpredictable look than many variegated philodendrons.

Origin

A cultivated hybrid philodendron developed from tropical climbing species native to South America. Like other philodendrons, it naturally grows by climbing upward through warm, humid forest environments.

Light

Bright, indirect light is essential for maintaining strong variegation and healthy growth. Higher light encourages better coloration and more compact growth.

Avoid harsh direct sun, which can scorch the lighter variegated sections.

Water

Allow the top 1–2 inches of soil to dry between waterings. Water thoroughly, then allow excess moisture to drain away.
