Philodendron ‘Copper Flame’ is grown for its shifting color—new leaves emerge in warm copper and orange tones before deepening into rich green as they mature. The contrast between fresh and mature growth gives the plant a layered, constantly changing appearance.

Origin

A cultivated hybrid philodendron developed from tropical species native to South America. Like many philodendrons, it naturally grows in warm, humid rainforest environments.

Light

Bright, indirect light is ideal. Strong lighting helps maintain vibrant new growth coloration and compact growth.

Avoid harsh direct sun, which can scorch the leaves.

Water

Allow the top 1–2 inches of soil to dry between waterings. Water thoroughly and allow excess moisture to drain away.
